一般契約等ではデバイスライセンスはないものと思いますし
（ETLAであってもデバイスライセンスではないはずです）
そうなると今度は一般利用規約に抵触するのではないかと思っています。
そうなるとこのチェーン店舗ではどのようなライセンス体系での利用なのかという
疑問が生じるところになってきます。
個々の契約次第でもあるので回答はつかないかもしれませんが、
もしご回答いただける範疇であればお教えください。

Premiere does not support .asf, hence your issue.
What is the origin of the .asf?
You need to convert to a format that Premiere understands.
On a side note: Premiere is nothing like Magix.
You need to read up on how to use mattes and masks to feather edges. Of course overlays can only get you so far and will look whacky if the dimensions don't match or blending modes and semi-transparencies are involved.

Which site are you downloading Flash Player from? The latest version is 26.0.0.151, available from get.adobe.com/flashplayer. Did you get an update notification for updating flash player? If yes, what URL are you being told to go to to update Flash Player? The only legitimate site to download Flash Player from is adobe.com (either get.adobe.com, or get3.adobe.com).

Was the event a celebration - say Australia Day? If so, this may be the reason. (The other shot you gave as an example also looks to me as if the fireworks have been added, so wouldn't require a release??) I think the problem here are the fireworks. However, this is just a guess, and what I would conclude had I submitted such an image.
It would be nice if the rejection came with more detail, but as the reviewers probably have to go through hundreds of pics, it would be rather tedious to give more detailed reasons - don't you think.

But, that's my question actually.
I am having four TOCs in my project. Some topics are shared among those TOCs. I applied CBTs accordingly.
I will give a detail example.
TOC A contains topics A, B, C, and D.
TOC B contains topics E, F, G, and A (shared topic).
Now, when I publish TOC A, I only need A, B, C, and D topics only. But, what it does is it publish E, F, and G also. Even though, while publishing, I applied the CBT for TOC A only.
I hope it is clear. It is little difficult to explain in words .

The screenshot is not the latest version. It's missing the pixel perfect alignment buttons.
Desktop apps are generally not supported on server operating systems. Everything else is speculation, even more so since youz really haven't offered any useful information about the exact system specs or the system crash log. Since DynamicLink is mentioned, this could mean that your server's graphics hardware is inadequate or that the much more strict security stuff is blocking the necessary network connections and file access, which ultimatley is one of those reasons why desktop programs are not meant for server use. No matter what, you have to figure out these things and are pretty much on your own - it's simply completely unsupported.

No matter which font I use the spacing when I type text in PS is always off.
The space between letters is too far, and if I decrease it and then use a space the letters start to overlap each other.
So if I then reduce the spacing between I get this overlapping problem.
All I want to do is use any font and type normally, just as you can in any text editor, without the fuss over spacing.
Any ideas what's wrong with my config?

Hi all, could you help me explaining how to Align the grid only for the first paragraph where there are more than one paragraphs in text frame?
Here's what I currently have.
But what I need is for the "Note" line to follow along 1/2 of the baseline grid. I can put the leading as 1/2 the height of baseline grid but as long as I do a paragraph break, the next line automatically becomes aligned to the grid.
Below is what I'm trying to do (this is just a simulation). Is it possible to do this? I tried forced line break and other kind of breaks, but it does not work. I know how to work around but it would be tedious. Thank you in advance for any help!
You need to add the invisible rectangle behind your dots.
Go into outline mode and compare the patterns, then you'll see. Also check the layers panel for the stacking order of objects.
You could also try the pattern editing mode or creating your pattern.

Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details like actual preview settings. And it might be a good idea to actually read the help on the subject matter. AE is not an editing program and in fact very few things are ever realtime. Even the modernized preview stuff is not guaranteed smooth playback. You simply expect the program to work in a way it isn't meant to.

the best way to maintain vector shapes or live text when placing PhotoShop contents on an InDesign page is to save the PhotoShop file as PDF/X-4. Change the predefined PDF/X-4 settings so that no downsampling of image data is done.

since about one week I have the issue on more then 10 Workstations that the AcroRd32.exe brakes windows 7.
The users are working with the last version 11010.exe and after some time the CPU runs with 100%. I have installed the update 11020 without sucsess (same issue)
I found some workarounds in web but it helps not really. Is there anyone how can help me in this case?

Using InCopy for translating documents is an option, especially now that InCopy price is lower than years ago (its price was cut last year I believe: https://indesignsecrets.com/adobe-reduces-incopy-cc-subscription-fee.php).
That said, InCopy was meant to be used by copywriters rather than translators, and so it lacks basic tools that pretty much all translation software have (eg. translation memories, pre-translation using past TMs, etc).
You should probably try a translation tool that supports InDesign files out of the box (Redokun is specific for InDesign, but there are quite a few of them around that work with IDML) and see what the results are.
As for the segmentation problem mentioned in one of the comments above, the only thing to keep in mind is that the designers should know how (or be instructed) to use soft and hard returns appropriately. Translation tools treat soft-returns as part of the same sentence and don't segment by it, whereas hard-returns are considered as limiters of the paragraphs (and therefore produce a new segment every time).
