CS5の場合は、アップグレードとしては3世代前までの対応だったと記憶しています。
よって原則としては無印CSについてはアップグレード元にはできなかったはずです。
間に他のバージョンを所有しているということはなかったでしょうか。
古い話になるので記憶に残ってもいないのですが、リリース直後だけで言えば
特例として無印CSもバージョンアップ対象だった可能性はありますが、
それが確実にそうだったかというところまでは覚えていないところです。
ただ、CS5製品はサポート自体は終了していますので、
電話およびチャットサポートは原則としてサポート外です。
そのため本フォーラムに誘導されたことになります。
ただしライセンス関連の処理となると逆にフォーラムでは対処しきれないため、
改めてチャットサポートに今回の件を連絡してみてください。
（ただしアップグレード対象という前提が元になります）

I can not see your site at all. 403 Forbidden can appear for three reasons.
Incorrect name of the index file (I do not think this is your case).
Incorrect rights to site folders on your hosting (this is most likely).
You uploaded the site files to the wrong folder (this is possible).
30 pages (depending on what) can be quite a lot for the Muse site. Judging by the long export time, you have overloaded these pages with content or using too many breakpoints.
Personally, I would not make a site on Muse more than 10 pages with a minimum amount of content and widgets on each.

We have a couple customers with rds/vworkspace, they all have the same issues.
When you print a pdf to a network printer nothing happened. No popup and nothing in de print queue.

different printers, different print drivers. Some deployed with group policy other with scripts, they all have the same issue randomly. When we delete and reconnect the printers, the issue solved.
How can we enable logging so we can send this to adobe?

How do I remove screen scrolling in published project?
Hi everyone! I just ran into something weird that I've not seen before. I'm working in Captivate 9, version 9.0.9.437 and using a responsive project. I have a series of slides, all duplicates (basically a cartoon). Device and slide height are locked. Slide 1 is a basic slide - cartoon of two people with caption bubbles. In Slide 2, I used a custom line animation to have one of the people move. In slide 3, that person has a caption bubble. So here's what's weird. When I preview this, a scroll bar is showing up on slide 3. It's on 4 of the five views - not the mobile portrait view. Any ideas about why it's randomly showing up? It's not the end of the world, but it's pretty annoying. So far, I've been the cause of most of these "glitches" but I can't figure out what it would be here.

Why are there these red numbers showing erroneous errors in files with the .js extension?

Is there a way to disable these erroneous red numbers and messages?

Unfortunately there's no way to scroll. Fuse wasn't designed to use so many different categories as we hadn't fully worked out the shared custom content story yet. Definitely something we can address in the future.
I would recommend merging similar categories. For example, merging "Armor (Boot)" into "Shoes" and "Armor (Chest)" into "Tops", etc. For each piece of content in the custom categories right-click on the icon and edit the custom content piece. You can switch categories and names there for any custom content.

今更なんですが、Ai CC 2015になってから動作重くないですか？
それとは別に、macOS 10.12.4ではグラフィックドライバーの問題によって、
InDesignのGPUパフォーマンスで問題が出ていたという話題がありました。
Apple、macOS Sierra 10.12.5でAdobe InDesignがクラッシュしMacがフリーズしてしまう不具合を修正。 | AAPL Ch.
そうなると比較確認ができるというのが一番いいのですが、
同じモデルなり、他の2017年モデルを比較にしないといけないので難しいところです。
場合によってはAppleのディスカッションにも情報提供を呼び掛けてもいいかもしれません。

file blacks out with type tool first click
Intriguing issue... When I open an existing InDesign file, select the type tool and click on a block of copy, the entire file disappears from the InDesign frame for the length of time of that first click; just a second. Or if I hold the mouse button down, the file will not be there until I let go of the button.
Not a major issue - I see no other effects, but annoying nonetheless.
Ideas, anyone?

Try the following:
Your menu is a composition, set up as a light box.
Since compositions and its lightboxes aren’t responsive in the actual version of Muse, it is unnecessary to set up the icons to scale „responsive width and height. When you set the icon not to scale, all works fine.
This seems not to be the „fundamental" cause, because your composition works fine, if pasted onto a newly created site/page without any other elements, but nevertheless: It works!

That's DW's overzealous Linting tool. It likes things to be done a certain way, even if they way you're doing it isn't invalid, it will still tell you it is on certain items.
It's disabled under Edit > Preferences > Linting

How to install adobe reader WITHOUT google chrome
Even when I de select the google chrome extension, google chrome is still trying to install along with acrobat reader. I don't want third party software forced on me.
