So, little update:
1. i solve the problem of the not working file explorer.
I download here : Autoruns for Windows the autoruns, open it as administrator and searched in the run windows the processes that was referring to the missing adobe .dll file, i tried to unflag them and use the file explorer and now is working.
2. Regarding Illustrator CS6 the problem is still there, is not even opening the file that it crashes...
