I am on a Mini Mac, OS 10.9.4 and it's less than 6 months old.
I checked the size setting which I never ever use and there is no size set in either program. The fact that I had been cropping all day and suddenly it was no longer working and then opening CS4 and finding the same problem makes me think that it's not the programs, but what do I know...
The opacity in both is 0 and the blend mode is normal.
The first image is the one from a customer and it needs to be cropped to the toy I make not all the stuff around it. The second image is after hitting 'enter'. This is CS4
The second image is what happens after I hit 'enter'. You can see in the layers panel the image is missing and there is a blank in it's place.
The exact same thing happens in PS6.
I am going to a conference and need toys to print.
