Hallo,
ich habe ein Problem. Wenn ich ein Videoausschnitt in Photoshop CC 19 importiere (Import Videoframes in Ebenen) und daraus eine Frame Animation erstelle verlangsamt sich das Video sehr.
Wenn ich über die Zeitleiste die Sekunden auf 0 oder ''keine Verzögerung'' umstelle ist dennoch eine sichtbare Verzögerung vorhanden. Ich möchte den Videoausschnitt mit der selben original Geschwindigkeit als Gif. Wie kann ich das machen?

It sounds to me as if your bank card may have been compromised by somebody pretending to be you. It happens all the time. Adobe are victims of the fraud too. You need to file a fraud report with your bank immediately so they can close your old account and issue you a new card.

You are correct, I am using the Editor to open the file, as my preference has been to use "Open as Camera Raw" since I found the exposure and other adjustments superior to the standard PSE Editor tweaks. Is there a way within Organizer to open a jpg file in Camera Raw instead of the PSE Editor?

What is did show to me, is that css is 'getting there', but like everything else that is not css2.1/2, it is the slow adoption by browsers that holds everthing back.
I remember asking for a css vendor prefixing tool in Dw back in 2010, with many pointing out that it was not required, as browsers would stop using them. It's now 2019 and they are still being used.

Melissa's answer is correct. There is only one application frame, so not every document window gets it. That's why they call it a singular "application frame" — it's one frame, for the application. If it was per window, they'd call it a window frame.
Any window pulled out of the application frame becomes a floating window. Those don't have an application frame, they only have window controls.

Premiere Pro can certainly do that, but so can other software packages.
The basic steps will include placing the SD clips in an HD timeline, color correcting the various clips to get the look you desire and using volume leveling of some kind to bring all the clips' volumes to a similar level.
The arrangement of clips in the timeline and the volume leveling will be your easiest tasks; the color correction will be the hardest and will probably take 75% - 90% of your editing time.

Thanks, do you mean in Library Module, left window Catalog > All Photographs, top Library Filter > Keywords and select a certain keyword and then in right window change it? I have hundreds of faces so this is a tedious task in any manual way. Direct editing with SQLite editor would have been a great workaround. And also the Aperture face keyword "John Smith" is exactly the same as I have in working LR created "John Smith" keywords so there is no telling which is which in Library Filter > Keywords method.

Rick Gerard, Thanks for your detailed information. I was able to play with the camera movements a little yesterday. With the time I had, I was able to slow down the speed. It did make a drastic improvement. When I can get back into the project, I'll try to lessen the contrast like you noted and try a stroke on the text.
Video is not print and Serif Fonts with very thin parts are not very friendly with motion and position.
Yes, I know. Thing is, that is the font for the *final* series artwork, and consistency is a key point for our production value. So, there's nothing much I can do about the font; I did not make that decision.
As for the idea with the masks (martinr84659894), that seems a little to complex. And yes, probably a little unstable as Rick mentioned. I have enough issues with stability and Adobe software as it is (ie my Media Encoder has a mind of its own...).
I really appreciate you guy's comments. This sort of workflow if fairly new to me in AE, and I really appreciate the help.

Cannot load extension after setting PlayerDebugMode 1
I'm just starting to create my 1st panel and I hope i did everything right.
I'm stuck on the with the alerts about unsigned extensions.
I added PlayerDebugMode 1 to all the CSXS and am still unable to run my 1st panel.
I also restarted my win10 and still the same.
running win10 with latest version of photoshop.
any clue why?

Unable to Sync Audio after recording hiccup
I have separate video and audio clips that I need to synchronize (using the camera's audio as a scratch track). Normally, I use the Synchronize... tool and that works great.
However, I believe our sound board had an issue while recording the audio in this case (possibly due to being recorded to a slower USB drive that couldn't keep up?). So after synchronizing, toward the end of the clip there is a part where the audio skips ahead and is no longer in sync for the rest of the composition.
How can I get that back on track? I tried slicing the audio and video clips right at the part that skipped and then synchronizing again, but that does not actually have any effect.

Another option for you is to download Hot Door's CORE, which is based on the SDK. I use it for all of my plugins because it's simpler and it includes cross-platform support for UI elements. It doesn't include everything in the SDK, but if you ever need anything more you can still access the SDK in addition to CORE. You can find it here: HotDoorCORE.com
I haven't been able to use Xcode 10 with CORE, but Xcode 9.4 works perfectly with it under Mojave.
