When I print an InDesign file as a PDF, the pdf file is huge 22,000KB when normally it is about 425KB). I am converting as I always have without changing any settings. The InDesign file is not larger than normal either. Suggestions? Thanks

Note that the Roboto font family is actually a Google font redistributed by Adobe Fonts. You might want to see if the version directly from Google Fonts has the same issue. If so, it will be up to those in charge of Google Fonts to get the problem resolved.

This is surprising that a cloud service doesn't not provide some sort of usage report. User, login date, duration, user IP address, would be a great start. The information is definitely there for Adobe's security alone.

Re: Convert Mp4 Video to MJPEG
I did follow those steps, so I installed an older version of Premiere and what I found was interesting. Motion JPEG A/B appear with QuickTime installed in CC 2017, but they do NOT appear in CC 2019.
So now the question is, is there any way to get support for these codecs in newer versions of Premiere? Or must I rely on CC 2017 for all eternity?

Office must be installed locally, even if the user only works with the web version.
If it is, check that Excel shows the Acrobat ribbon.
If it is, don't use this unusual Copy & Paste method, which I have never seen before and would not necessarily expect to work.

Re: Camera RAW (NEF) in PS Elements 2019 organizer
I don't know what happened but I was working on PSE Organizer today and suddenly the RAW files (NEF) were being displayed properly. When I noted in the original problem statement that the Import Files screen showed as 'format not supported' it also said something like 'files have already been imported'. I had searched Organizer to see if they were in the system somewhere but un-tagged but they didn't show up. I did convert some of my NEF files to JPG today and when I imported the latter into Organizer, the NEF files appeared.
Bottom line, the problem is solved so there is no need to continue this line of discussion.

Re: Changed AdobeID account password and now all PDF scans are gone
onestepforman@internode.on.net is the Adobe ID user name.
I know that changing the password should not change anything, but it did.
When I login to the account on adobe document cloud, you can see it trying to load the missing pdf’s but then it stops and says there are none in the account.

There are a couple of things that I was thinking might help:
1 -- The template: If you paste into Illustrator, it will place it on a layer. Then you can choose Template from the flyout menu, or double click the layer. Choose Template, and Dim to 50% to change the opacity of the layer so that you can draw on it without getting confused by the original lines.
But in reading your post above about how some pieces have the same line and you have to redraw parts made me think of another idea. Do you use layers in your drawings?
2 -- you can copy each element, and then paste it onto a new layer in the Layers panel. If you have two elements that share the same line, then you can paste that element twice and just delete the parts that you don't need--keeping the shared element so that it's on both layers. Do that with all your elements until each are separated and on a new layer--then you can turn the visibility of each one off and on to make sure you have everything. Using layers is helpful because you can turn off the layers that you're not working on to make it easier to focus on the one you are dealing with.

illustratorCS3がインストールできない
新しいパソコンを購入し、illustratorCS3をインストールしようとしましたが、
ディスクからのインストールではライセンスサーバーが終了しているため、ライセンスの認証ができず、
Adobeのページから新規シリアル番号を取得し、CS3のインストーラーをダウンロードしたものの起動しません。
現在使っているバソコンはMacBook Air 2018、OSはMojaveの最新のものです。
ダウンロードしたインストーラーを起動すると、ネット上からダウンロードしたものを開きますか？との警告が出て、
開くのボタンを押すのですが、終了してしまうのか起動してくれません。
ディスクのインストーラーからはちゃんとインストールはできましたが、もうこのパソコンでは使えないのでしょうか？

CS6 and earlier programs HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED AND WILL NOT BE UPDATED for Mac El Capitan or newer operating systems
-this includes other programs that are a similar age as CS6, such as Photoshop or Premiere Elements
-which means that you try to use CS6 and earlier at YOUR risk of having problems due to Apple updates
-this is about CS6 (which is from 2012) but it will probably apply to other programs of that age
-Apple did not maintain backward compatibility with old programs in El Capitan or newer operating systems
--Adobe has a workaround to Apple's problem of not maintaining backward compatibility

A PNG File format support transparency so a drop shadow may be partly transparent. Jpeg File formats does not support transparency the background can not contain transparence nor can a drop shadow on an object in the image composite. A png with a drop shadow will display differently on the various backgrounds it is displayed over.

Premiere Elementsにて編集中の画面では問題は生じていませんでしょうか。
もし書き出し後のファイルでのみモザイク状の歪みが出ているとしましたら、圧縮によるものかもしれません。HDと４Kそれぞれで、書き出し時の形式、フレームレートとビットレートは、どのよう に設定されてますでしょうか。
また、Premiere Elements 12でHD書き出しした場合とPremiere Elements 2019でHD書き出しした場合の画質が異なるようですが、書き出しの設定は同じような内容でしょうか。
ちなみに、4KはHD1080の4倍の画素数になりますので、HD1080で書き出して問題がなかったときのビットレートの4倍程度になるように書き出すと、画素数あたりのクオリティは同程度 になるかと思います。

This is for Windows 10 Pro versions... Non- N versions shouldn't require this step.

フォトショップで切り抜き加工（背景を消したもの）をPSDファイルとして保存した画像をイラストレーターで開き、縁をぼかしたいのですが、やり方を教えて頂けませんでしょうか？
スタイライズで普通にぼかしをかけると、縁全体にぼかしがかかってしまうので、たとえば下と左右の直線部分だけをぼかしたい場合、どのようにすればいいでしょうか？
おそらくそんなに難しいことではないのでしょうが、検索してもそれらしき回答をみつけれらなかったのでご質問させていただきました。
過去の回答例などのリンクでも構いません。よろしくお願いします。

ぼかすというのは、背景となじむように一部分の縁だけをぼかしたいということです。

Yeah, I usually use photoshop for most of my text stuff … make file with transparent background, add a layer, do text, import text as a layer. Your case is a bit different... you'd make a REALLY BIG file ( so you can scale it way down to begin, and then scale up without losing quality ).
Basically your situation, a bit different... cause you basically want to make text, select it, and clear it so it's like a 'hole' ( the alpha channel)..
I don't have that font so I couldn't test it to see if it would have white line...will do something with some other font ...just for fun,,,

How large is the video clip?
I made a short (7sec) .MOV file and I was able to open it in Ps via File>Open
When I've tried to work with large clips, I've ran into issues. Longer clips would work better in Adobe Premiere.
