Gaile Griffin Peers: the problem is that the creative cloud manager app is just showing an empty window

Gaile Griffin Peers: none of the forty million apps are there

Gaile Griffin Peers: since the last windows update a few days ago

Gaile Griffin Peers: been too busy trying to work round it to come on to ask for help

Renuka: May I know the exact error message your getting?

Gaile Griffin Peers: NOT getting any error message

Gaile Griffin Peers: just open the cloud app on the desktop

Gaile Griffin Peers: and it is an empty shell
