Could you please make sure that your system firewall and proxy settings (if any) are not preventing internet access? Also, request you to share the ACC.log of the system where you see internet connectivity issue. Path to the file is as following.
- On Windows, it’s under Temp folder (i.e. C:\Users\<userid>\AppData\Local\Temp)
- On Mac, it’s under /Users/<userid>/Library/Logs
