I am confused;

You speak of an unwanted text color change to black,

but your posted image shows a background color change to blue.

Such color changes are controlled by your css files, (some of which are not shown).

For black text color on hover, Look in your css for for a rule with a hover color of #000000.

If you have server space, it's best to upload all your files to the server and post a link for us.
