Hi, my name is Jeroen, and my university has license agreements with Adobe for downloading CS6 Web Premium as a student. The setup files are provided on the university network, as well as a serial. However, due to where I live, I can't reach the network from the university very easily (you'll need to be connected to it locally, so it means I need to travel to the university). So instead, I downloaded the installer files from the Adobe website.
I do have the serial from the university, but once I type it in the setup dialog, it states that the serial is invalid. So I have a question regarding the installer files. Is there a chance that the installer files from the university are different from the ones on the website? I recon that the license that the university has is a volume license, as many students will be able to download this Creative Suite. I'm on Windows 7, 64 Bit.
If there is a chance that the installer from the Adobe website differs from the installer that the university provides, is there a workaround or should I download it from the university network anyway?
Thanks in advance!
Jeroen Rood
