After Effects playback normal, render glitching

Hello,

I am exporting a composition from After Effects that looks fine during playback but then appears with an upside down, discolored ghost image after export. This is only for the first 30 seconds of the video, and the ghost image appears to only be the .MOV that is embedded beneath titles which appear normal and have these effects applied: Set channels, fill, and CC composite. I can't help but think it has to do with the set channels effects because it looks like the glitchy frames have something going on with the blue channel.

The composition and my footage all have the same FPS, etc.
