Kim did resolve her issue after a little digging. For anyone else having this problem, this can happen if you are logged in with an Adobe ID that is linked incorrectly. In order to resolve the issue I need to know the Adobe ID you want to have linked and which Mixamo e-mail you want to have it linked to. Please send me a private e-mail with your information to jmathews@adobe.com as we don't want to discuss account info over the forums.
