I will work on this in the morning. For now...
What computer operating system is the Premiere Elements 12 running on? If you have not already, update 12 to 12.1 Update using an opened project's Help Menu/Update.
What brand and type disc are you using (what is the speed rating of the disc as well as the burner)? Type another brand/type disc. Do you have any other video editing programs on the computer that might be competing for the burner? Can you use the burner and your current discs for burn to disc for non Premiere Elements projects?
Also, do a burn to Folder (4.7 GB) to determine if that goes to a successful conclusion. The saved folder from that procedure will give you
a VIDEO_TS Folder which you can take to DVD-VIDEO on DVD disc with a free program such as ImgBurn. We can use this route for troubleshooting
purposes as well as for getting out any rush projects that are being held back by this issue.

We will be watching for your follow up results.
Thanks.
