Hello,
I have a client with an online job application form. When people apply for a job, an email with the attachment is sent to users at the company. Unfortunately, the user's email went down for a week and now there is a backlog of 30 or 40 workflow notifications in the system.
I'm wondering if there is a way to forward cases with their attached files in bulk? (i.e. CRM --> Cases)
