Hi,
Does anyone know how to speak with an Adobe Technical Support person for consumer products, specifically Lightroom? Do Adobe support people actually exist?
Various links on the Adobe site all point me to a site that does not allow me to do anything other than pose a question to a community forum (e.g. Contact Customer Care). I've submitted a question to the forum without receiving a response, so am hoping to actually speak with someone.
