To clarify, the number in question refers to the number of frames per second, not the number of seconds per minute. Timecode reads hours/minutes/seconds/frames, sometimes represented as "hh:mm:ss:ff." So before you go to a 60fps sequence, you should consider what the framerate is of your content and what you want the framerate to be for your final video when the time comes to export.
