In the case of your
Premiere Elements 10
NVIDIA GTX 650Ti
Windows 8.1 64 bit
the news does not look good for running Premiere Elements 10 in that system since I do not think that there is
a driver version old enough for you to use to get Premiere Elements 10 to work. If your computer does not use a NVIDIA
GeForce card, that would take that factor away.
The oldest driver version that I see for your situation is 327.23 Sept 19, 2013. Have you tried that driver version? If that does not
work, then
a. you should contact NVIDIA to determine if it has a fix and/or driver version for you for about May 2013.
b. change the Premiere Elements version from 10 to something else....to date, Premiere Elements 10 is the only program presenting
here with the Premiere Elements 10/NVIDIA GeForce symptoms.
If you go to Premiere Elements 12, please look at the tryout before purchase. And, if purchase is a thought, then consider that,
if history repeats itself, Adobe should be releasing a new version of Premiere Elements at the end of September 2014. No one but
Adobe knows the feature set for the new version. And, that information is not made public by them until the moment of release of the new version.
Please let us know of your progress when your schedule permits.
Thank you.
