You can install 14.0.0.176, the version released this week.  To download Flash Player for OS X 10.10, go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions and select OS X as the OS.

The reason it says OS X 10.10 is not certified is because OS X 10.10 is still in beta and not officially released yet, however, we are actively testing Flash Player on OS X 10.10 and fixing issues encountered.  You may encounter issues on OS X 10.10.  If you do, please file a bug at https://bugbase.adobe.com.
