I am considering purchasing Adobe X in order to be able to send out editable PDF documents to clients.
Each report is currently sent to us in a Word Document format (created from a template), which we then convert to PDF and send out to the client. However, it would be useful to be able to include an editable box which the client can use to record notes.
Would it be a case of each PDF document having to be modified in order to create this box, once it has been converted from Word format, or is there a simpler way to do it?
Also, if our clients only have Adobe Reader, rather than the full version, would they be able to use the editable PDF and save it?
