I don't have any visibility into your account right now, but if you paid $89, it sounds like you got PDF Pack, which lets you both convert PDF files to Word (and other formats), and convert files to PDF. To convert a file to PDF, click CreatePDF when you're logged in to cloud.acrobat.com.
