Trouble downloading purchased items

I am trying to download my purchased CS 5.5, as i have just formated my PC.

 

I start by logging in, navigating to my orders and press the Download button. From there, any download-able link i try, it says i have to log on, before i can start my download. From here, when i try the two links provided, i get redirected to the product catalog page. Specs

I have never had this problem before, and i have downloaded the product before, without any complications at all.

 

My specs are:

ASUS PC

Windows 7 SP 1

Using Google Chrome v. 36.0.1985.125

 

I have tried to disable both my firewall and my antivirus, but without luck.

 

Can someone help me?
