Re: Adobe Premiere Elements 12 (trial) installed successfully. When opened, shows "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Please close the program". I already used MSCONFIG to disable all startup as per Help forum. What can I do next?

Thanks for taking time to reply.

Info on my HP Elitebook 8460p notebook:

1. Windows 7 Enterprise SP1 64-bit

2. Quick Time - downloaded after reading your message - version 7.7.5 (1680.95.13)

3. Run as user with admin rights

    Installed in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 12

    Video card onboard in Radeon HD 6470M.  Windows reported driver is up to date.

 

I'm able to start up Premiere Elements 12.

When click on either Existing Project or New Project, I still encountering the same error.
