Hi Toyosi,
- Since you are getting conversion failure error while combining files, I believe you are working on Document Cloud web Adobe Document Cloud or you are using Adobe Acrobat DC's "Combine files" feature.
- Change web browser and try conversion through a different one or delete cache and cookies of the current one.
For testing purpose, please connect the computer to a different network environment like a guest wired/wireless network, or mobile hotspot and try converting the PDF.
- You may also refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
