When I make changes, the timeline doesn't look any different until I scroll the window a little.
Such as when I place a clip in the timeline, it often only shows a smaller half-drawn version of what you'd expect until I scroll a little.. and if I delete the clip from the timeline, it doesn't LOOK like it's gone anywhere until I move the scroll.
I've used an even older version of premiere of this machine, and it worked fine, but this slightly newer version's new install.. has some odd issues...
