Good Morning,

 

I'm the head of our IT-Department.

In our Company we are facing same issues with Version 2019.008.20074 in pro and standard version with about 700+ clients. Sometimes it's just hanging other times it freezes and you have to delete the task in task manager. There's no error code..

 

We found out that one plugin (ia32.api) is causing the problem. We think that this plugin tries to access internet. If we disable the plugin the error does not exist but then you can't print or comment the pdf-file.

 

In a process monitor you can see that Adobe Reader process tries to connect to amazon web services.. Policies in our company dont allow to communicate to cloud services.

 

We really need a solution here!

Same here. Actually all of CC 2019 is slow. Acrobat is ridiculous and constantly hangs, but to be fair that's been doing that for years now. Piece of junk. InDesign takes ages to open and edit a file and constantly is asking me about colour profiles. Colour profiles don't stick. Workspaces don't stick. Output to PDF takes ages. Illustrator is the same and all of the apps keep hanging and then become unresponsive. Worst update EVER!

 

I expect much better than this from Adobe and I did a complete clean install on a new clean OS with no applications on it so there's nothing hanging over from previous versions so I'd be interested to see what excuse they come up with this time. Not like they've not had a whole year since the last major upgrade to get this right!

①お使いのOSとそのバージョン：windows10

②製品とそのバージョン：Acrobat X Pro アップグレード版

③トラブルの内容：

Acrobat X Proを再インストールし、起動したところ

(1)「Acrobat Pro 体験版」の画面になり、

(2)シリアル番号を入力すると「このシリアル番号は次の製品で使用されます：Acrobat X Pro」と表示され、「続行」をクリックすると、

(3)「アップグレード用シリアル番号を入力」画面に変わり、「製品を選択」を求められる。しかし、「入力したシリアル番号は有効ですが、対象製品がこのコンピューターに見つかりません。」と表示さ れ、「次へ」に進めない。

以前にAcrobat 8 からアップグレードしているので、旧製品のシリアル番号を入力しても、「このシリアル番号はこの製品に対して有効ではありません。」と表示され、進めない。

④エラーメッセージ：「入力したシリアル番号は有効ですが、対象製品がこのコンピューターに見つかりません。」

When upgrading from AEM 6.2 to AEM 6.4, THe below step is aborting.

Also - I removed that day's photo from the collection and re-added them.  Is there some setting that I may have triggered inadvertently on each of the pictures?

It look like you run out the screen try change the preview settings to Fit

Don't even get me started on Acrobat DC!

 

Good to know I was going to do a clean install of my OS but if yours is hanging on a clean install I'll give it a miss and just reinstall 2018 CC which was smooth as.

Dear user,

 

Thank you for reporting the issue. This is known issue. The Sign Button is not activated on Copy and would need manual Entry of atleast a character.

i don't know about Chinese font but look like AE not support this type of font

you can ask adobe to include this option maybe in the next releases After Effects: Hot (961 ideas) – Adobe video & audio apps

Hi Ben! Thanks for that hint - save the day! You are absolutely right - i switched off the ruler and it works with the brush again! Many Many Thanks. Hope Adobe will fix that issue in a short time.

を Postscript ファイルに埋め込んでも、自動回転がセットされた PDF が出力されます。

currentdistillerparams {== ==}forall

を使うと、/None になっていることが確認できますが、変化が見られません。

Distiller の設定で自動回転をオフにして

currentdistillerparams {== ==}forall

で確認すると、/None になっています。

ほかの設定、例えば、ダウンサンプル禁止は上書きできて、ダウンサンプルされていない PDF が出力されます。

Hi there,

 

I have a video of a landscape and there is a house and garden present that I need to blur out.  Obviously the house is not moving but the camera is so the position of the house changes as the camera pans around.  How can I blur this house out and make sure the mask blur stays only on the house while the camera is moving?

 

I have looked for ways to do this on youtube etc but cannot find a definitive guide.

2018/10/23 本件は以下最新バージョンにて解消済みです。ご迷惑おかけし申し訳ございませんでした。

Adobe Creative Cloud Packager バージョン1.15.0 ビルド46

Creative Cloudデスクトップアプリケーション　バージョン4.7以降

 

Creative Cloud Packagerで作成したインストーラをインストール中、WindowsのExplorer 再起動失敗し、デスクトップ画面に何も表示されない状態になる現象について、弊社では複数のお客様よりご報告をいただいており、現在調査確認を行っております。

 

弊社の製品サービスにて、ご不便をおかけ致しております事、心よりお詫び申し上げます。

 

以下、現時点においての、この問題の回避方法となります。

 

A. 暫く待ってみる。

暫くそのままお待ちいただくとExplorerが起動できた事例がございます。

 

B.タスクマネージャーを起動し、explorerのプロセスを再起動します。

1. 問題が発生したら、キーボードの ctrl + alt + delete キーを押します。
2. タスクマネージャーを起動します。
3. 左上の「ファイル」メニューをクリックし、「新しいタスクの実行（N）」を選びます。
4. 開いた画面の入力欄にexplorer　と入力し、OKを押します。

Thanks for confirming. Can you please check and let us know the reg key values at the following location:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\DC\Workflows\cServices ?

Please try after updating application to the latest version from : Help>Check for Updates

Acrobat Xの動作保証外OSですし、その場合はシリアル認証などの動作も正常に動くという保証はありません。

必要システム構成： Acrobat X Pro

 

またインストールできたとしても当然ながら動くかどうかは保証されませんし、

何よりセキュリティサポートもかなり以前に終わっています。

 

よってこれからAcrobatを使うのであれば、DCサブスクリプションに移行が適正と言えます。
